About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and data-driven leader to join Wunderkind as a Senior ABX Manager. In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, planning, and execution of account-based experience (ABX) initiatives that directly impact pipeline growth, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across the whole client lifecycle.
As a skilled marketer within the team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver insight-driven, personalized campaigns for our Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB sales segments. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping targeted, personalized experiences that resonate with our priority accounts and move them through the buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic account-based marketing plans to drive engagement, accelerate opportunities, and influence revenue growth within the Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB segments.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify priority accounts, decision makers and critical influencers, and craft hyper-relevant ABX programs aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Design, launch, and manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, direct mail, events, and more.
- Leverage insights and intent data to create tailored experiences that move prospects through the pipeline.
- Ensure timely deployment of initiatives by managing budgets, timelines, processes, and internal stakeholders.
Collaboration & Enablement:
- Act as a strategic partner to sales, providing relevant marketing insights, account intelligence, and enablement materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—including demand generation, field marketing, content, and operations—to ensure seamless program execution.
- Build strong relationships with supporting and aligned teams such as Strategy Consulting and Product Marketing to secure brand affinity.
Measurement & Optimization:
- Monitor, track, and analyze the engagement and performance of ABX programs at the account and segment level.
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and make data-backed recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- As a Senior Manager, we expect you to show excellent stewardship of expenditure and leverage resources efficiently for high-impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B marketing. Among these, at least 2 years specializing in ABX. We value expertise brought from demand generation, ABM, or field marketing too.
- Hands-on experience with ABM and marketing tools such as 6sense, Hubspot, Salesforce (SFDC), or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated success in launching targeted, personalized campaigns across multiple marketing channels.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000.00- $100,000.00. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
