About the Role:
We are looking to add a Senior GTM Recruiter to our larger People Operations Team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on our Commercial Sales and Go-to-Market organization. You will be expected to own role kickoff, candidate generation, screening, negotiation, and closing.
The TA function at Wunderkind is a lean group that prioritizes efficiency, working with urgency, transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders, carrying each other, creativity and curiosity. The base salary range for this role is $100,000-125,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
