We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help Wunderkind UX design and deliver intuitive, scalable, and engaging AI/ML-powered experiences. You have a strong portfolio of prior SaaS design work and thrive in solving and shipping complex, multi-dimensional problems.
Who you are:
You are a talented Senior Product Designer experienced in designing for complex SaaS applications. Reporting to the Director of Design, UX, you will play a pivotal role designing and delivering intuitive, scalable, and engaging AI/ML-powered experiences for our users. You thrive in delivering delightful solutions to complex, multi-dimensional problems, and enjoy every step of the design process from planning to shipping. Please note, we will only consider applicants who submit a portfolio of relevant design work.
What you’ll do:
- Report directly to the Director of Design, UX
- You'll tackle groundbreaking problems and pioneer design patterns for human-AI interactions, crafting solutions where no precedents exist
- Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure our product and design strategies are aligned end-to-end
- Create user-centered design solutions that successfully deliver desired outcomes for our users and the business
- Assist in leading the design, governance, and implementation of the Wunder Design System
- Present design solutions to senior-level stakeholders and leadership, advocating for UX across Wunderkind and the needs of our users
- Conduct in usability testing and user research to gather insights and feedback on product design Mentor junior members of the team
What you have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience designing complex, B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma and advanced prototyping tools
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects focused on SaaS and B2B products
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and the ability to incorporate insights into design decisions
- A systems thinking mindset when approaching your work
- A proven ability take ownership and deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic environment
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, skillfully shaping clear strategies and design solutions from complex, undefined challenges.
- Been a key player in designing, building, and maintaining design systems for large product ecosystems
- Strong execution and communications skills, storytelling skills with a proven track record of leading design projects from ideation, to engineering handoff, to product launch
- A growth mindset that is always finding ways to level-up your skills with improved processes, tools, and insights
Level-ups:
- Experience in MarTech
- Experience designing multi-modal, outcome based interfaces
- Experience designing for marketing technology or for large, enterprise SaaS ecosystems
- Experience with HTML/CSS/SASS, Javascript, React, and/or other front-end tools to build code-based prototypes

This role can be based out of our headquarters in New York City or our office in Indianapolis.
The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
