The Client and Partner Referrals Associate role is the launching point for a career on our Sales team. The Associate would support The Referrals Channel in researching Wunderkind's target Partners to better serve the New Business prospect accounts, and executing their admin outreach strategies. We are looking for someone that will help support our Senior leaders, continue to expand our current client network, engage with our community of current channels within Wunderkind, think of creative, data-driven strategies to boost engagement, and grow out our current channel. Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who is coachable, learns fast, and someone who has a passion for the Mar-Tech industry! This will be a true cross-channel collaborative, network and event creation, and program administration role. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Characteristics of the EIR, Partner, Client, and Employee Referrals Channel: Dubbed, “The Wunderkind Concierge,” this team is responsible for building out new partnerships and supports the New Business Development sales team as one of its top lead generation channels.
Responsibilities
- Support Client and Partner Referral Team in executing relationship plans through detailed research and highly customized, multi-channel outreach to key stakeholders.
- Deliver updates to Business Development Associates (BDAs) when relevant news is released about target accounts and partners.
- Be trained on Google Analytics, TeamLink, and Salesforce to pull relevant client/partner data for the New Business team.
- Manage manual aspects of team support outside of Admin work with event driven ideas and marketing campaign efforts to increase Partner outreach.
- Work cross-functionally with the Events team to plan details of sales-related events
- Help team members in developing and executing strategies to find and engage new leads for the Partner Referral Program; help with team expansion efforts.
- Support the various channels within the sales organization by facilitating communication between the various pipeline stakeholders, including working closely with our client and partner referral managers to facilitate synergistic lead generation in the martech/e-comm space.

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
