Our office serves children and families across the Quad Cities area, and we have built something worth being proud of — a place where doing the right thing and doing great work are the same thing. We are growing, our community has real unmet need for pediatric dental care, and we are looking for the right person to grow with us.
The Opportunity
We are welcoming a dentist to join our clinical team. Whether you are a board-certified or board-eligible pediatric dentist, or a general dentist with meaningful experience treating children, we want to hear from you. Full-time, part-time, and per diem arrangements are all on the table. The right fit matters most.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD required
- Illinois licensure, or eligibility to obtain it, required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatric dentistry preferred; general dentists with pediatric experience encouraged to apply
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- New graduates welcome
Schedule
Our office sees patients Monday through Thursday, with flexibility in how your schedule is structured.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $200,000 – $500,000 per year, commensurate with training and experience
- Retirement plan (401k/IRA)
- Continuing education stipend
