We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing general dental practice in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and patient-focused dental professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on dental assisting experience and must be highly proficient in:
Crown and bridge procedures
Fabricating and adjusting temporary crowns (temps)
Post and core build-ups
Chairside assistance for crown preparations and restorative procedures
Digital X-rays and charting
Infection control and OSHA compliance
Providing an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working alongside a productive doctor and clinical team
Able to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Positive, professional, and team-oriented
Experienced in maintaining smooth clinical flow and assisting with advanced restorative procedures
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay: $37–$40 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
