What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage patient records, insurance verification, and billing processes
- Collect and process patient payments and co-pays
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of dental receptionist or dental front office experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, scheduling software, and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-player attitude with a passion for patient care
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and professionalism in all interactions
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling available
- Working days include: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18 – $20 per hour, based on experience
