Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Dental office coordinator with 10+ years of experience to join our growth-oriented practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will manage front-desk operations, ensure smooth daily workflow, and contribute to a collaborative, team-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients promptly and professionally, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Monday through Friday
- Oversee the productivity and effective handling of scheduling in accordance to office protocol
- All patient handling, from phone contact to scheduling family members and follow-ups be managed with effective marketing stratgy and high quality of organizations
- Oversee front office efficient and effective handling of patient accounts, insurance processing and data entry.
- Establish front office organization, goal setting, and accountability in achieving goals
- Facilitate smooth communication between clinical staff, patients, and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a dental receptionist or front-desk coordinator
- Proven organizational skills and ability to set and achieve goals effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management capabilities
- Familiarity with dental software systems and insurance processes

Compensation
