Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Administrative Lead to manage front-office operations, streamline administrative workflows, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you’ll have the support to focus on patient care while we handle the routine tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments Monday–Friday
- Verify insurance coverage and process claims accurately
- Manage patient records and ensure data integrity using Open Dental
- Manage AR and insurance claims
- Coordinate communications via phone, text, email, and in-office queries
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare end of day and weekly reports
Requirements
Required:
- Proficient with dental practice management software (Open Dental)
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance procedures, and billing
- Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience as a dental administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Patient-centered mindset with a friendly, positive demeanor
- Growth-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative
