Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

A licensed or certified Dental Assistant in New Mexico (DANB or Radiology Certificate)
Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
A friendly, patient, and upbeat personality that helps kids feel at ease.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A passion for providing excellent care in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

Prepare patients and assist the dentist during procedures.
Educate kids and parents about oral health and hygiene.
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Help ensure each visit is a positive and comfortable experience.
