Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, ensuring comfort and positive experiences
- Review and manage patient charts daily, maintaining accurate records
- Oversee and mentor dental assistants to ensure high standards of competency and teamwork
- Communicate clearly with patients and parents about treatment plans, procedures, and office operations
- Maintain proper clinical management to support efficient, smooth office workflows
- Patient management through Denticon, Dentirx, and OpenDental patient software
- Patient volume of 35-55+ patients per day
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $315,000 – $550,000 per year

Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Valid and current state dental license or ability to apply
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA certification
- Active NPI number
- Passion for pediatric dentistry and patient-centered care
