Are you a General or Pediatric DDS or DMD passionate about pediatric dentistry? Join a patient-focused practice that values work-life balance and a friendly, positive atmosphere. As an Associate Dentist, you’ll deliver exceptional dental care to children while growing your skills with mentorship and sedation opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, ensuring comfort and positive experiences
  • Review and manage patient charts daily, maintaining accurate records
  • Oversee and mentor dental assistants to ensure high standards of competency and teamwork
  • Communicate clearly with patients and parents about treatment plans, procedures, and office operations
  • Maintain proper clinical management to support efficient, smooth office workflows
  • Patient management through Denticon, Dentirx, and OpenDental patient software
  • Patient volume of 35-55+ patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $315,000 – $550,000 per year

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
  • Valid and current state dental license or ability to apply
  • Active CPR/BLS certification
  • Active DEA certification
  • Active NPI number
  • Passion for pediatric dentistry and patient-centered care
