Established, privately owned general dental practice is seeking an experienced RDA who values organization, efficiency, and excellent patient care. We provide a full range of general dentistry, with a growing emphasis on cosmetic treatments.

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Active RDA license with strong clinical experience
- Confident assisting in general procedures (cosmetic experience a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Professional, team-oriented, and patient-focused
- Interested in long-term growth with the practice
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for general and some cosmetic procedures
- X-rays, room setup/breakdown, and sterilization
- Helping maintain an efficient schedule and great patient experience
