Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, ensuring comfort and positive experiences Review and manage patient charts daily, maintaining accurate records Oversee and mentor dental assistants to ensure high standards of competency and teamwork Communicate clearly with patients and parents about treatment plans, procedures, and office operations Maintain proper clinical management to support efficient, smooth office workflows Patient management through Denticon, Dentirx, and OpenDental patient software Patient volume of 35-55+ patients per day

Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program Valid and current state dental license or ability to apply Active CPR/BLS certification Active DEA certification Active NPI number Passion for pediatric dentistry and patient-centered care
