Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Dental Receptionist with over 6 years of experience to join our team-oriented practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a critical role in delivering seamless administrative and coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient patient flow
- Maintain and update patient records accurately using Dentrix
- Audit ledgers and verify account balances for accuracy
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow up on patient care and payment options
- Handle phone inquiries and route calls to the appropriate team members
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Dentrix practice management software
- Strong auditing skills with the ability to reconcile patient ledgers
- Excellent Dental Treatment Coordinator skills and patient communication
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Schedule
- Monday (9am-6:30pm) Tuesday( 8am-5:30pm) Thursday (8am-5:30pm), Friday (7am-1pm)
Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $26 - $32 per hour
