Senior Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Perform expanded duties under the supervision of the dentist, including:
- Preparing and polishing restorations
- Applying sealants and fluoride treatments
- Taking impressions and intraoral photos
- Assisting with dental procedures and instrument sterilization
- Manage patient records and digital charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
- Current certification/licensure as required by state regulations
- Proficient in digital radiography and dental software
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay range: 20 – 25 per hour
- Work days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (flexible schedule)
