Join Our Team as an Experienced Dental Receptionist
Are you a friendly, organized professional with 3+ years of dental front office experience? We’re seeking a team-oriented Dental Receptionist to deliver exceptional patient care in a positive, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Manage phone lines, appointment scheduling, and patient records
- Verify insurance and process payments accurately
- Coordinate daily schedule and ensure smooth patient flow
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental reception or front office role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
- Dedication to providing outstanding patient service
