Overview
Job Title: Dental Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Requirement: Valid Dental Radiology Certificate required

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures including exams, restorations, and extractions
- Take and process dental X-rays (digital and/or traditional) in accordance with state regulations
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and operatory rooms in compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and trays prior to patient appointments
- Educate and guide patients on post-procedure care and oral hygiene practices
- Record accurate and thorough patient information and treatment notes in the practice management system (experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar dental software a plus)
- Support front office staff as needed and contribute to a smooth patient flow
Requirements
Required
- Dental Assisting Certificate or equivalent training
- Valid Dental Radiology Certificate (state-compliant)
Preferred
- 1+ year of clinical dental assisting experience
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
