We are hiring dental hygienists in the Phoenix metro area.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Arizona licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
- X-ray certification
- CPR certified
- Laser certification
- Anesthesia certification
- Denticon experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Utilize Denticon, Diode laser, Oral ID, Mouthwatch camera to deliver accurate diagnostics and seamless patient records
- Identify and document periodontal disease, co-diagnose with doctors, and develop individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections and home care protocols
- Collaborate closely within a team of 1-3 doctors in office at a time depending on the day, 1-3 hygienists in the office depending on the day
- Manage a schedule of With assisted hygiene it varies, all recare scheduled for 60 minutes, NP 90 minutes, SRP 90 minutes, stagger scheduled appropriately based on appointment, balancing clinical excellence with patient experience
