Overview
Daybreak Dental is seeking a dedicated and efficient Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team in an Assisted Hygiene model. In this role, you will work closely with a dental assistant to manage a high-efficiency hygiene schedule, delivering exceptional preventive care to patients while maintaining clinical excellence and time efficiency. Requirements
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Texas.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Proficient in Open Dental, taking digital X-rays (XDR Software), periodontal charting, and using electronic dental records.
- Experience working in an assisted hygiene model or fast-paced dental setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking ability.
- Positive, professional attitude and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred Skills/Certifications
- Nitrous oxide administration certification
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to dentistry (e.g., HIPAA)
- Experience in preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining dental equipment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, patient-centered demeanor with a commitment to delivering compassionate care
- Can chart effectively and proficiently with the Doctor.
Compensation & Benefits
We are looking for a full-time commitment of five days a week but are open to considering candidates who prefer a four-day workweek. Our compensation package offers hourly rates starting at $60, depending on experience, along with 401K after 6 months, paid time off, and holiday pay.
