Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive first impression
- Schedule and confirm appointments Monday through Friday
- Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and manage patient communications
- Maintain and update patient records in our digital system
- Coordinate insurance verifications and process billing inquiries
- Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and minimize wait times
- Some treatment planning
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (dental office experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable using practice management software and state-of-the-art dental technology
- Professional, patient-centered attitude and the ability to handle confidential information
