Position Overview
Are you a friendly, organized professional with at least 1 year of dental front-desk experience? Join our patient-centered, team-oriented office and enjoy a healthy work-life balance on a convenient 4-day work week. As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Schedule and confirm appointments, handling phone calls and emails
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate insurance verifications and process billing information
- Collaborate with dental assistants and clinicians to optimize patient flow
- Support office administration tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with dental practice management software and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
