Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist with 3+ years of clinical expertise to deliver premium Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and comprehensive preventive care. You’ll work Monday through Thursday in a collaborative, Spear Education-driven practice focused on oral health, prevention, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Capture and interpret radiographs for accurate diagnosis
- Conduct oral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene techniques, and long-term health strategies
- Administer premium GBT therapy through EMS (training provided if needed)
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences and optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Dental Hygienist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Proficiency in radiographic techniques and periodontal assessments
- Training or certification in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) preferred; on-site training available
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to Spear Education protocols
