Locally owned PRIVATE PRACTICE looking for an upbeat RDA. We focus on quality care without any high pressure sales or corporate micromanaging.
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a patient-centered approach, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. While we are willing to train, prior experience is highly valued.
Flexible hours, benefits available, we are open Monday-Thursday from 8-5. Enjoy your 3 day weekend!
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and materials, ensuring a sterile environment, and providing chairside support.
- Manage patient records and appointments using EMR systems OpenDental and XDR while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Perform X-rays and assist in dental imaging, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care.
- Maintain a clean and organized area, handling patient inquiries and coordinating with dental staff.
- Help check in and out patients.
- Help answer phone when not assisting.
