Cross-training in front office duties is a strong plus.

Primary Responsibilities (Back Office)
- Chairside assisting for restorative, surgical, and hygiene procedures
- Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Assist with treatment presentation support
- Ensure patient comfort and positive clinical experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Bonus Skills (Front Office Cross-Training)
- Checking patients in/out
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Reviewing treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Insurance verification or basic billing knowledge
- Answering phones professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience required
- X-ray certification required
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional communication with patients and team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
