Position Overview
Join our team as a Dental Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our patient-centered dental practice. In this role, you’ll manage front desk operations, foster positive patient experiences, and support our commitment to work-life balance and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software
- Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and coordinate communication
- Verify and update patient records and insurance information
- Assist with billing, process payments, and handle co-payments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or medical front desk role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with appointment scheduling systems and basic office software
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
