Position Overview
Join our privately owned specialty practice as a dedicated Dental Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patient-centered, friendly team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday
- 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations with a friendly demeanor
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, process patient payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update practice management software
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (preferred)
- Patient-centered attitude and professional appearance
