Position Overview
We’re seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist with 3+ years in a dental or medical office setting. You’ll be the friendly voice and face of our practice, handling front-desk operations and ensuring smooth patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage multi-line phone system: schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance verifications
- Process patient check-in and check-out, including payment collection
- Coordinate daily patient flow and keep the waiting area organized
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize appointment schedules
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
