Position Overview
Join our patient-centered dental practice as a friendly and efficient Dental Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth front-desk operations in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and email
- Verify patient information and insurance eligibility
- Maintain accurate patient records and dental software entries
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or medical reception role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfort with dental practice management software and basic computer applications
- Ability to maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Monday through Friday (full-time)
- Competitive hourly rate: $16 - $24 per hour, based on experience
