Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of dental office experience and a passion for our mission of comprehensive patient care. We value self-motivation, positive energy, and dependability. This role has the potential for leadership and mentorship opportunities as our practice expands.
Responsibilities
- Support the front office to ensure an efficient and comprehensive patient experience.
- Manage productive hygiene and doctor schedules for multiple practitioners using a schedule-to-goal strategy.
- Oversee patient communications to effectively schedule appointments and respond to inquiries.
- Collect and organize patient medical histories and insurance details.
- Ensure insurance verifications and authorizations are completed before patient visits.
- Support the financial department with treatment plan descriptions and patient collections.
- Provide ad hoc support to the back-office team when necessary.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Dental Front Office Experience (Required)
- Experience with Dentrix and Modento (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Strong customer service and patient-oriented skills.
- Data and results-driven mindset.

- Highly driven to grow within the practice.
- Reliable, detailed, and efficient.
- Adaptable in a fast-growing and changing environment.
- Open to new technologies, processes, and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Schedule
This is a part-time position. Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend availability is required.
