Position Overview
Are you a high-energy, bilingual Orthodontic Assistant with at least 1 year of experience? Join our growth-oriented, patient-centered practice where teamwork drives exceptional care. This part-time role (Tuesdays & Thursdays) offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.
Core Responsibilities
- Take orthodontic records (photos, X-rays, impressions)
- Perform sterilization and infection-control duties
- Place separators and assist with banding/bracketing
- Change archwires, polish teeth, and prep for bonding
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment procedures
- Engage with patients in a friendly, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 1+ year of orthodontic assisting experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) with excellent interpersonal skills
- X-ray Certification required; RDA preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a team-player mindset

Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay range: $20–$26 per hour based on experience and certifications
- Part-time schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
