- 30% production-based collections with $300,000+ earning potential

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, restorations, extractions, and root canals
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and practice standards
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and wellness
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflows
- Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong patient communication and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to a patient-centered care approach
Schedule
- 4-day workweek with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday
