Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist with 3+ years of dental front desk or administrative experience. As the first point of contact, you'll ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with courtesy and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up reminders
- Maintain patient records and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate daily front desk operations and support the dental team
- Handle insurance verifications and billing inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a related administrative role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
