Led by Dr. Jairo Montoya, we specialize in pediatric dentistry, Phase 1 orthodontics, frenectomies, and collaborative care with local providers including myofunctional therapists, ENTs, lactation consultants, and chiropractors.

Your Role:
As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will be a vital member of our clinical team, working directly with Dr. Jairo Montoya and our young patients. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in all aspects of pediatric dental care and Phase 1 orthodontic procedures.
- Ensuring patient comfort and providing a positive, reassuring experience for both children and parents.
- Educating parents on treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral hygiene.
- Utilizing CurveHero practice software for patient charting and records.
- Monitoring patients under nitrous oxide.
- Performing sealant and polishing procedures.
- Maintaining a sterile and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas RDA License is required.
- Experience in Pediatric Dentistry and/or Phase 1 Orthodontics is highly preferred.
- Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred.
- Certification in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring (or willingness to obtain).
- Certification in Sealants and Polishing (or willingness to obtain).
- Current CPR certification.
- A friendly, adaptable, and professional demeanor with a passion for working with children.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
