Position Overview
Are you an organized, patient-focused professional with a passion for creating a seamless dental experience? Join our friendly, team-oriented practice as a Schedule & Patient Coordinator. You’ll play a crucial role in scheduling, patient communication, and ensuring our patient-centered approach shines through every interaction. What You’ll Do
- You are the face of the office. Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate and confirm appointments to optimize the daily schedule
- Help verify insurance benefits and handle patient billing inquiries
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage phone/email correspondence
Who You Are
- Minimum of 6 years of continuous, recent experience in the dental field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in dental practice management software required.
- Enthusiastic team player committed to a positive, patient-centered environment
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (full-time)

- Hourly rate: 20 – 25 per hour
