Join Our Team as an Experienced OMS Assistant
Are you a skilled OMS Assistant with 3+ years of experience seeking a supportive, team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to work Monday through Friday, helping our oral and maxillofacial surgeons deliver top-tier patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
- Assist surgeons during complex oral and maxillofacial procedures
- Manage patient records, imaging, and pre-/post-operative documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
- Educate patients on pre-operative instructions and post-operative care
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of OMS assisting experience
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-driven setting
- Certification or training in dental assisting (preferred) and CPR

Compensation
