Dental Hygienist at Twin City Smiles Family Dentistry
Are you a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, preventive education, and teamwork? In this role, you will have the dedicated time to focus on what truly matters — building strong patient relationships, delivering thorough and gentle care, and creating exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing.
- Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral images.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes.
- Adhere to all infection control and sterilization protocols.
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Dental Hygiene License.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- A friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $65–$70 per hour, plus a monthly performance bonus.

Schedule
- Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person
- Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Two Fridays per month 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (20-36 hours per week).
