- Work-Life Balance: 4-day work week!
- Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Your Role
As a Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator, you are the face of our practice and a key part of our patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and managing check-in/out efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to ensure a smooth experience.
- Performing detailed insurance verification, billing, and claims follow-up.
- Presenting treatment estimates and financial arrangements with confidence and clarity.
- Answering phones, emails, and texts with professionalism.
- Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient ledgers.
- Tracking recalls and following up on unscheduled treatment.
- Ensuring HIPAA compliance with all electronic records.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2–3 years of recent dental front office experience (required).
- Proven expertise in insurance verification, billing, and treatment coordination.
- Proficiency with dental software (Curve is a plus, but we are open to similar systems).
- Strong clerical accuracy and impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
Applicants without dental front office experience will not be considered.
