Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator
Are you a dynamic professional with a knack for exceptional patient service and treatment coordination? Join our team-oriented dental practice where a patient-centered approach and supportive mentorship help you thrive. In this role, you’ll play a dual part: greeting and supporting patients as a receptionist while presenting and coordinating treatment plans (of $10,000+). Sales superstars are welcome!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations (phone, email, scheduling)
- Verify insurance coverage and prepare patient records
- Present treatment recommendations, explain procedures, and address patient questions
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and process billing information
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dental reception or treatment coordination
- Proven success planning and presenting treatment plans of $10,000 or more
- Strong communication and sales skills with a patient-focused mindset
- Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
