Position Overview: We are seeking a positive, motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service to join our clinical team. We are seeking a general dental assistant to work chairside with our doctors and be the front line of our high quality dental practice. This role is essential in upholding our mission by contributing skills and expertise to deliver high-quality service. We value individuals who are committed to personal growth, learning, and providing exceptional care to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctor chairside with procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients
- X-ray certification
- Fulfill duties centered around sterilization and infection control.
- Experience with intraoral scanning and dental photography preferred, but not required.
- Support team members in creating a world-class dental care experience
- Participate in community outreach events
- Uphold the practice's values through daily actions and intentions
Qualifications:
- Strong motivation and desire to learn within the dental field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) certification preferred for clinical roles, but not required
- Willingness to be trained for candidates without dental experience
