We are a well-established, fun, friendly, and compassionate pediatric dental practice dedicated to providing the highest quality of dental care for infants, children and teens in a welcoming and positive environment. The ideal candidate loves working with children and their parents and has a knack for making them feel comfortable and at ease.

Your day-to-day might include:

Assisting the dentist chairside during cleanings, exams, and a variety of pediatric procedures
Taking digital x-rays
Setting up and sterilizing treatment rooms and instruments according to infection control protocols
Educating children and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques in an age-appropriate way
Applying fluoride (and sealants if certified) to prevent cavities
Managing patient records (experience with Dentrix is a plus!)
Helping with light administrative duties like scheduling and answering phones

Qualifications and Skills:

RDA license and CPR certification preferred but not required. If you are the right candidate, we will help you obtain the needed licensing and certifications to become an RDA.
Experience in a pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
Certification in nitrous oxide and coronal polishing is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor, especially when dealing with anxious children.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Punctuality is a must.
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
