Overview
We are currently seeking a Front Desk / Dental Assistant with 1+ years of experience to join our friendly, dynamic team, patient-centered and team-oriented practice. This is a hybrid position for someone who is comfortable supporting both the front desk and clinical areas of the office. In this role, you'll support high-quality care through chairside assistance, restorative procedures, and office & front desk operations. We're looking for a team player who is organized, reliable, and enthusiastic about holistic dental care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and maintain a positive chairside experience
- Assist with composite and amalgam procedures
- Fabricate temporary crowns
- Capture digital and traditional impressions
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Perform sterilization and prepare treatment rooms
- Maintain equipment and inventory
- Assist in all front desk duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Dental Assistant Certification and/or RDA preferred
- Proficiency in composite and amalgam procedures and crown fabrication
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to infection control
