As the Digital Marketing Consultant, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in leading Suzy's digital performance engine across web, SEO, paid media, and organic channels. You will be responsible for managing performance strategy and reporting, maintaining Suzy's web and paid digital presence, and driving inbound pipeline contribution through cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Content, Sales, Analytics, and Product Marketing to ensure execution aligns with broader business priorities.
This is a remote- first contract role with an hourly rate of $45-50/hr. You must have your own legal entity.
Own daily management and optimization of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Monitor budgets, pause underperforming creatives, and manage bidding strategy to stay within cost goals
Co-lead monthly calls with platform partners (LinkedIn, Google) and ensure proper tracking with Marketing Ops
Lead campaign performance analysis and report key findings with actionable next steps
Post and manage all organic social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
Lead Suzy’s social listening efforts and community engagement strategy
Lead SEO efforts across Suzy’s site and blog properties
Identify high-value keywords using Alli AI, Semrush, and Search Console, and apply metadata optimizations
Collaborate on keyword targeting for product blogs, org blogs, and event pages
Monitor and report on organic search performance and identify areas of improvement
Own updates to Suzy.com and blog posts using Webflow CMS
Manage communications and troubleshooting with website vendors (e.g. Squarespace, Polyform) and IT/security
Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure tracking and analytics are properly configured
Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline marketing operations using Zapier and other integration platforms
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across campaign management, reporting, and content workflows
Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks by implementing scalable automation solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into digital, content, and demand generation programs
Own execution of newsletters and automated email campaigns through HubSpot, Braze and related marketing automation tools
Manage segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies to drive engagement and conversion
Optimize email workflows including onboarding sequences, nurture streams, and event follow-ups
Monitor performance metrics and continually refine strategy to improve deliverability, open rates, and CTRs
Lead monthly and quarterly performance reporting across paid media, SEO, content marketing, and web
Field ad hoc analysis requests across campaigns, optimizing based on insights
Identify trends, communicate outcomes, and recommend digital spend reallocation as needed
Write ad copy and build creative assets for digital campaigns and Suzy brand moments
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure digital content aligns with brand and product goals
Act as a strategic partner to Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Content teams
Help identify how to apply performance insights across channels
Support enablement of digital strategy with broader GTM team
5+ years of digital marketing experience, with deep hands-on execution in paid media, SEO, and website management
Experience managing budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and analyzing results across multiple platforms
Strong working knowledge of Webflow, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
Ability to translate data into clear strategy recommendations and execution plans
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
