Savage X Fenty
Savage X Fenty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sample Coordinator to join our Fashion team.
How Do You Fit In?
We’re looking for a detail-driven Sample Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, fashion-forward environments and brings a passion for organization. This role is essential in supporting the Fashion team both on and off set—ensuring seamless product flow, shoot readiness, and best-in-class sample management across all styling initiatives.
This role reports into the Stylist.
What You Will Do:
Maintain and regularly update the Fashion Team calendar with key sample-related milestones, including design reviews, pass-offs, and shoot prep timelines.
Manage and maintain the sample tracker; distribute bi-weekly updates to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and visibility.
Act as the fit and sample expert across campaign and e-commerce shoots—ensuring alignment with styling direction, brand standards, and design fit intentions.
Prep talent racks alongside the Jr. Stylist, coordinate with tailoring teams, and assist with on-set dressing during key campaigns.
Track, receive, and manage all samples—owning delivery timelines and keeping teams informed of any updates.
Oversee coordination with the Sample Production team to ensure timely shipments for photoshoots and brand initiatives, with support from the Fashion Director on high-risk projects.
Manage in-house sample returns, reorganization, and recategorization post-use.
Support Stylists and the Jr. Stylist with shoot prep as needed.
Maintain organization of the wardrobe room, including seasonal sample rotations and showroom merchandising for core, seasonal, and branded accessories.
Ensure garment care—launder items post-use, track damages or alterations, and escalate issues to Production as needed.
Partner with Merch on seasonal reorders and core product deliveries.
Assist the Fashion Director with monthly talent sample orders and product archiving.
Work closely with Design to stay informed on product details—fabrication, fit, care, and construction.
Collaborate with Studio and Sample Production to streamline shared sample workflows with oversight from the Stylist.
Build shot lists for ghost mannequin shoots based on product needs and sample availability.
Work with the Retouching team to flag and escalate any sample- or design-related issues to ensure final imagery meets design intentions.
Coordinate with external contractors to support wardrobe room maintenance, seasonal transitions, and special projects.
What You Can Bring:
1-2+ years of experience in fashion industry sample coordination, styling support, or production logistics
Strong organizational and time management skills with a meticulous eye for detail
Proven ability to manage sample workflows in high-volume, fast-paced environments
A collaborative and solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently
Cross-functional experience with Merchandising, Studio, Design, and Production teams
Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and PowerPoint
On-set experience or a background in fashion e-commerce is a strong plus
