Role Description The Part-time Sales Associate role at Fabletics is an on-site position located in The Woodlands, TX. In this role, the Sales Associate engages customers on the sales floor, provides product knowledge and styling recommendations, and delivers an inclusive, welcoming in-store experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with fitting room support, processing transactions accurately, handling membership inquiries, and maintaining visual standards and merchandise displays. The Sales Associate also helps with stock replenishment, inventory tasks, and ensures the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines. This position involves collaborating with team members to meet sales goals, uphold brand values, and support special events or promotions as needed.
Qualifications
- Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic point-of-sale, cash handling, and transaction processing skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency at checkout.
- Visual merchandising and store presentation abilities to maintain appealing displays and support brand standards.
- Reliability and flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand, move, and lift light to moderate merchandise throughout the shift, following safety guidelines.
- Previous retail or fashion/apparel experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for activewear, lifestyle apparel, and the Fabletics brand is highly beneficial.
