Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Supply Chain.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Senior Manager, Digital Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading the Digital Supply Chain function through a combination of supply chain analytics leadership, operational excellence, digital transformation, and AI-driven innovation. This role serves as the functional leader for the Digital Supply Chain team and is accountable for establishing priorities, developing talent, ensuring analytical rigor, and driving measurable business outcomes across our Global Supply Chain team.

This individual will partner closely with cross functional teams within supply chain operations, data teams (engineering, analytics, data science, AI), and enterprise supply chain stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that improve operational performance, reduce costs, and accelerate decision-making. The Senior Manager will balance immediate business needs with long-term capability development, helping to transition the organization from traditional analytics, reporting, and dashboarding toward a more intelligent, automated, and AI-enabled operating model.

The ideal candidate combines deep supply chain expertise with strong analytical and technical capabilities, a passion for emerging technologies, and a proven ability to lead organizational change. This leader will coach and develop analysts, establish best practices, and identify opportunities to leverage analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to create competitive advantage across the Global Supply Chain.

This position will report to the Director, Digital Supply Chain.

What You Will Do:

Supply Chain Leadership

  • Lead the Digital Supply Chain team in delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision support across all Global Supply Chain functions.

  • Provide functional leadership, coaching, and development for analysts and contractors to ensure a high-performing team with strong analytical capabilities.

  • Oversee operational KPI design, governance, monitoring, and reporting across secondary ops (outbound), primary ops (inbound logistics), trade compliance, sustainability, vendor compliance, quality, and brand management.

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes related to inbound freight, outbound freight, duties, and other Global Supply Chain expenditures.

  • Validate analytical outputs and recommendations to ensure accuracy, business relevance, and executive readiness.

  • Partner with operational leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities and quantify expected financial and operational impacts.

  • Establish best practices for analytical problem solving, data storytelling, and business decision support.

Analytics, AI, & Automation Leadership

  • Partner with Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Enterprise AI teams to design scalable data and analytics solutions.

  • Ensure the integrity and usability of datasets, KPIs, semantic definitions, data models, and reporting structures.

  • Promote best practices for data quality, governance, documentation, and analytical standards.

  • Build and execute the AI & Automation Roadmap by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies with the ultimate goals to improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and analyst productivity.

  • Lead development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions including workflow automation, natural language KPI access, automated reporting, predictive analytics, root cause analysis, and decision-support tools.

  • Serve as the Digital Supply Chain subject matter expert for AI adoption, experimentation, and practical business applications.

Change Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead the Digital Supply Chain team's transition toward AI-enabled analytics and automation-driven operating models.

  • Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, processes, and ways of working across both the team and business stakeholders.

  • Develop training plans, skill-building programs, and coaching frameworks to improve team capabilities in analytics, automation, and AI.

  • Champion a culture of intellectual curiosity, innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and operational excellence across the team.

Program & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and value realization.

  • Develop strategic roadmaps and business cases that align operations, analytics, and technology investments with organizational objectives.

  • Build trusted partnerships across the entire enterprise.

  • Translate complex technical and analytical concepts into actionable business recommendations.

  • Influence strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and business case development.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Global Supply Chain leadership regarding analytics, automation, AI, and digital transformation opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations.

  • Strong analytical leadership experience supporting operational and financial decision-making.

  • Foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

  • Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, or other modern analytics platforms.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and program management capabilities.

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of our full end-to-end supply chain operations; including secondary ops (small parcel outbound), primary operations (inbound Ocean, Air, Truck and Drayage), trade compliance, vendor compliance, quality, and brand management.

  • Experience leading AI adoption and capability-building initiatives.

  • Experience implementing workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of Python and automation technologies.

  • Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems using data.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Business, or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Operations, Analytics, or related disciplines.

  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or major cross-functional initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success leading supply chain analytics, operational improvement, digital transformation, or automation initiatives.

  • Experience operating within complex retail, ecommerce, omnichannel, or global supply chain environments.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $115,000-$140,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
