Fabletics is currently looking for a Production Assistant.

Fabletics is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Production Assistant to join our Creative Production team. This role supports the Producer in the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of studio productions, as well as overall studio operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. This position will report to the Sr. Producer.
What You Will Do:
Act as the go-to source for any administrative needs the team may have. This includes but is not limited to - going on necessary runs, tidying the team’s office area or studio, scheduling meetings, prepping pre-pro books, and helping crew with shoot setup and strike.
Coordinate catering and craft services for shoot days, as well as picking up meals as needed
Secure COIs, contracts, and release forms for talent and crew
Keep up to date digital production wrap books on previous and current jobs, while prepping for future jobs
Checking crew and talent availability for studio shoots
Manage studio cleanliness, prop organization, and returns from shoots.
Prep gear (lighting, grip, camera support, etc.), check-in/check-out equipment and monitor condition
Coordinate repairs and rentals and assist with basic setup/breakdown for shoots
What You Can Bring:
Candidate must have 1-2 years’ experience in a Production Environment (TV Commercials, Photography, Digital Video Advertising).
Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Suite Word, Dropbox, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Candidate must work well as a member of a hard-working team to meet tight deadlines.
Candidate must be able to project a calm disposition at all times, setting a positive example for the rest of the team
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must have a vehicle accessible for runs
Candidate must be comfortable with discussing challenging topics with employees of all levels, including executives, to solve problems
Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The hourly range for this position is from $24.00-$26.00/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
