Fabletics Is currently looking for a Wholesale Intern (Summer 2026)

Fabletics is looking for a Wholesale Intern to support our Wholesale team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to key account management, sales strategy, assortment planning, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll gain insight into how we grow and manage major retail partnerships while driving brand expansion.
What you will do:
Support the Wholesale team with account analysis, reporting, and sell-through tracking
Assist in preparing seasonal line sheets, assortment tools, and sales presentations
Help coordinate sample management and product needs for key retail partners
Conduct competitive research and market analysis
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Marketing teams
Support meeting prep for buyer presentations and internal strategy sessions
Contribute to a final capstone project summarizing key learnings and insights
What you can bring:
Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Rising Junior or Rising Senior (graduating in 2027 or 2028)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Interest in fashion, retail, sales, or business preferred
The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.
Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 9 weeks from June 15th, 2026, through August 14th, 2026. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$19.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
