Fabletics is looking for an International Retail Portfolio Manager.

The International Retail Portfolio Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and governing global retail standards and performance across our growing international Retail portfolio. This role will serve as the bridge between Global Retail Strategy and international execution, leading the design and adoption of SOPs, managing portfolio performance and reporting, ensuring compliance with Fabletics’ retail standards, and driving alignment with cross-functional teams and our international partners.
A successful candidate is operationally strong, a critical thinker, highly collaborative, and comfortable working across teams and markets. This role requires strong judgment, autonomy, and the ability to influence without direct authority. It is a unique opportunity to deliver tangible business impact against one of our top Retail priorities.
This role will report to the Director, Retail Strategy & Execution.
What you will do:
International Retail Portfolio & Process
Govern the international retail portfolio, including performance tracking, new store pipeline, compliance adherence, and prioritization of cross-functional initiatives across markets and partners
Lead the development and execution of retail operating standards, playbooks, and SOPs across international third-party stores to ensure alignment with US retail operations
Manage the end-to-end process for international new store openings, ensuring readiness across brand standards
Own and manage partner compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to retail operational standards, reporting requirements, and brand expectations
Partner with the Director, Retail Strategy & Execution to translate strategic priorities into scalable international operating frameworks, ensuring market execution aligns with long-term portfolio objectives
Reporting, Analysis & Insights
Monitor international store performance using core retail KPIs, identifying execution gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Analyze international portfolio performance trends, identify insights, and translate data into action-oriented recommendations for leadership and partners
Cross-Functional Alignment & Partner Relationships
Serve as a key liaison and facilitator between Fabletics Retail and international partners to build relationships, execute standards, resolve challenges, and gather performance and market insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Training, Marketing, Buying & Allocation, Supply Chain, and Retail Technology to support international retail execution
Prepare and lead recurring portfolio performance reviews with internal leadership and international partners
What you can bring:
5-7 years in strategy, operations, process design, performance reporting, or program management in a retail environment
Experience working with franchise or multi-partner retail models preferred
Demonstrated success in cross-functional project delivery and operational governance with multiple stakeholders, including executives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize & translate data into actionable recommendations
Excellent project and process management capabilities, and attention to detail
Highly effective communication skills—including the ability to tailor messaging for executive and/or partner audiences
Comfortable driving change in complex, multicultural, cross-functional environments

This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters
Occasional international travel may be required

The annual base salary range for this position is from $89,100-$100,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
