Yitty Active is currently looking for passionate and experienced Marketplace Operations Specialist, based in Barcelona.

How Do You Fit In?
The Marketplace Operations Specialist will drive day-to-day operational execution for Amazon and Walmart marketplaces for Yitty Active and Fabletics. Core focus is ensuring flawless catalog and feed execution, pricing and promotion accuracy, account health monitoring, case management, and reliable weekly operational reporting. This is an execution-first role operating within agreed guardrails, escalating exceptions when needed.
This position will report to the Marketplace Manager.
What You Will Do
1) Catalog, feeds and listing operations (Amazon + Walmart)
Execute bulk catalog uploads and updates (flat files, bulk templates, feeds).
Monitor catalog health (suppressed listings, variation issues, missing attributes, compliance flags) and fix issues within standard operating procedures.
Drive feed troubleshooting: investigate feed errors, resolve rejections, and validate successful uploads.
Maintain product data governance: attribute consistency, taxonomy/category alignment, parent-child logic, SKU and UPC mappings.
2) Pricing and promotions execution (within guardrails)
Execute price and promo changes (coupons, deals, markdowns) following agreed rules and calendars.
Perform QA before and during events to prevent pricing or promo setup errors (dates, eligibility, stacking).
Monitor pricing issues and execute fixes within agreed rules; escalate exceptions or recurring issues with clear evidence.
3) Account health monitoring and operational performance KPIs
Monitor operational performance KPIs by platform (OTD, cancellation rate, refund/return rate, defect rate, policy violations).
Identify risks early and drive corrective actions within SOPs; escalate when thresholds or policy risks require leadership input.
4) Case management, troubleshooting and issue resolution
Drive platform support cases end-to-end (Amazon Support, Walmart Partner Support), pushing issues to resolution and maintaining clear documentation.
Root-cause recurring issues and propose process fixes to reduce repetition.
5) Weekly operational reporting and cadence
Draft a weekly ops report covering: catalog health, feed upload status, pricing/promo QA checks, account health KPIs, open issues and next actions.
Maintain trackers and dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets with strong data hygiene and version control.
What You Can Bring:
3+ years of hands-on marketplace operations experience.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center, including bulk uploads (flat files/templates), troubleshooting, and end-to-end case management.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (data cleaning, pivot tables, lookups, and structured trackers).
High attention to detail, strong QA mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Professional English (daily collaboration with global teams)
