Fabletics is currently looking for a Merchandise Production Coordinator – Accessories.
How do you fit in?
As part of the Product Development and Sourcing team, the Merchandise Production Coordinator supports execution across development and pre-production for Accessories by tracking key milestones to help ensure timelines are met. The role is responsible for maintaining timeliness, accuracy, and organization of samples across all stages, monitoring approval deadlines, as well as managing buy releases and ensuring purchase order accuracy. Through consistent follow-up and clear communication with external vendors and internal partners, this role helps to drive product development timelines, on-time delivery, and makes an impact on product quality.
This role provides direct exposure to the full product development and production life cycle. By partnering closely with external vendors and internal cross-functional partners, you will build a practical understanding of how product is developed, approved, and delivered to market.
This position will report to the Product Development & Sourcing Manager – Accessories.
What you will do:
Production Operations Support
Coordinate monthly official buy releases to each vendor along with revisions as needed.
Initiate purchase order (PO) creation with offshore teams and review for accuracy including quantities, dates, vendor, and ship mode, and flag discrepancies.
Review and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery, escalating any delays promptly to the Product Development and Sourcing Manager
Maintain and update Time & Action calendars to track pre-production milestones.
Investigate production issues by gathering status updates and approved material references (lab dips, PP, TOP).
Review packaging materials and labeling with Compliance to confirm production readiness.
Sample Tracking, Materials & Data Management
Request samples from overseas vendors and track progress to ensure all styles and colors are received on time.
Prepare and organize prototypes for reviews, fittings, and meetings while always maintaining clear visibility into sample status and location.
Maintain up to date statuses of samples and approvals in work-in-progress (WIP) reports in spreadsheets and PLM fields.
Track raw material and trim status from mills and suppliers, following up to confirm readiness.
Request development testing for new styles to review any failures with the PD and Sourcing Manager, managing accurate file storage for test reports.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Communication
Communicate daily with vendors, mills, and suppliers to verify status updates.
Partner with Product Development, Tech Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing to support workflow.
Prepare simple status summaries or reports for internal teams.
Create positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners with professional, timely, and reliable communication
What you can bring:
1-2 years of experience in production, sourcing, supply chain, apparel operations, or related fields.
Strong accuracy in data entry and document management.
Basic Excel skills including sorting, filtering, formulas, and date functions.
PLM Experience preferred
Ability to meet deadlines and follow structured calendars.
Clear communication skills and strong follow-through.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Adaptability, positive attitude, and willingness to grow.

The hourly range for this position is from $26.68-$31.25/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work
